Raspberry arrives first — vivid, slightly tart, impossible to ignore. Saffron follows immediately, threading a golden, almost metallic warmth through the fruitiness and pulling it somewhere richer and more complex. Together they make an entrance.
Rose unfolds slowly — not soft, not delicate, but full and alive. Geranium sharpens it with a green, slightly herbal edge that stops the rose from feeling predictable. Birch runs underneath both — cool, smoky, woody — the note that tells you this fragrance has a darker side.
Oud takes over with quiet authority — resinous, ancient, deeply human. Amberwood wraps around it with a warm golden glow, smoothing the edges. Benzoin seals everything in a soft, balsamic sweetness — the dry-down that stays on skin for hours, the trace left on everything you touch.
Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, inner elbow. Skin warmth activates the saffron and oud, deepening the fragrance over time.

I have tried six from the range. L'Errant is the one I would rebuild my collection around.
Different climates different reactions to the fragrance. All of them good.
If I could only keep one from my collection this would be a serious contender.
When the bottle gets low I get slightly anxious. That tells you everything.
