Refund policy
Effective date: 14 May 2026
We want you to love your Fraalic fragrance. If something is not
right, this is how we'll make it right.
1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you don't love your fragrance — opened or unopened — return
it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions,
no restocking fee. We cover return shipping anywhere in India.
We believe fragrance is personal. You shouldn't have to commit
to a bottle you've never smelled, and we shouldn't be paid for
a product you don't enjoy wearing.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@fraalic.com within 30 days of receiving your
order. Include your order number and a brief reason. We will
respond within one business day with a prepaid return label.
You don't need to box it up perfectly — the original bottle and
any packaging you still have is enough.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase
amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.
For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI —
we'll confirm details with you over email.
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is
processed.
4. Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with broken
packaging, contact us at hello@fraalic.com within 7 days.
Include a photo of the damage. A replacement will be dispatched
the same day at no cost to you — no return shipment needed.
If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue an immediate full
refund.
5. Gifted Orders
If you received a Fraalic fragrance as a gift, the same 30-day
guarantee applies. Email us at hello@fraalic.com with the order
number or recipient name and we'll handle it directly with you.
6. Repeat Returns
We trust our customers. In the rare case of repeated returns
from a single customer (three or more within sixty days), we
reserve the right to decline future returns or require
prepayment on future orders.
