Fraalic is a luxury oil perfume brand selling pure oil fragrances online at fraalic.com. Our products are shipped within India.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order on fraalic.com you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

3. Pricing

All prices on fraalic.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. Payment must be completed at the time of order. We do not store payment information on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,499. A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below this amount.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be shared once your order is dispatched.

6. Product Information

We take care to describe our products accurately. All fragrances are pure oil based and alcohol-free. Fragrance notes are indicative and the scent may vary slightly on different skin types. This is a natural characteristic of oil perfume and not a defect.

Our products are not tested on animals. Ingredients are listed on product packaging. If you have known skin sensitivities or allergies please review the ingredient list before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on fraalic.com including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the intellectual property of Fraalic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Fraalic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
