Shipping policy

Every order travels the same way — carefully packed, fully tracked, and free to your door. This is how delivery works.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. Every serviceable PIN code, no exceptions we know of — if a courier can reach you, so can we.
2. Shipping Cost
Delivery is free on every order in India. No minimum spend, no thresholds, no charges added at checkout.
3. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro addresses tend to sit at the early end of that window; remote PIN codes at the later end.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. COD orders may be confirmed by OTP before dispatch. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers are often unable to provide change.
5. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking hasn't updated for 3 business days, write to hello@fraalic.com and we'll chase the courier for you.
6. Address Changes
Need to change your delivery address? Email hello@fraalic.com as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before dispatch. After dispatch, we'll do our best with the courier, but changes can't be guaranteed.
7. Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 7 days with a photo — a replacement is dispatched the same day at no cost, as set out in our Refund Policy. If tracking shows your order lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. The risk in transit is ours, not yours.
